O&R Garden

Rooted in Nature, Cultivated with Heart

O&R Garden celebrates the authentic and natural beauty of Highland farming.

We were commissioned to develop a thoughtful brand identity, wayfinding system, and educational narrative that guides visitors through its natural, multi-sensory walking trails.

Preserving the Soul of Cameron Highlands

O&R Garden stood as a rare alternative: a living garden where wild native orchids, heirloom roses, Highland herbs, and farm produce thrive in their natural terrain. The challenge was to create a wayfinding and identity system that organizes the visitor flow across sloping hillside paths without cluttering the natural landscape—turning a simple walk into an educational, taste-and-touch discovery.

A Vibrant Spectrum Inspired by Living Flora

To create an inviting, joyful atmosphere for multi-generational families and young children, we developed a lively, nature-inspired color system that energizes the entire garden footprint.

Family-Friendly Graphic Touches: Softened geometric signage, rounded edges, and high-visibility typography that keep the space warm, safe, and engaging for family groups exploring together.

Vibrant Activity Hubs:
Color-coded zones along the trail—The Tasting Patch (edible herbs), The Fragrance Walk (aromatic roses), and The Seedling Lab (organic farming)—signposted with bold, cheerful icons.

We’re a tight team working out of a corner studio in Malaysia. We don’t take on more than four engagements at once — it’s the only way the work stays sharp and the relationships stay close.
We believe design is a craft, and craft takes time. So we slow down where it matters, and move fast where it doesn’t.
